What is Live Wedding Painting?

Live wedding painting is the creation of an original artwork during your wedding day.

Working from direct observation, photography, and sketches gathered throughout the celebration, Heather begins painting on-site while guests enjoy the festivities.

The painting continues to develop throughout the event, creating an interactive experience for guests and a meaningful focal point during the reception.

After the wedding, the artwork returns to the studio where final refinements are completed before delivery.

Each painting is designed to capture not only how your wedding looked, but how it felt.

The Booking Process

  • Complete the inquiry form and share a few details about your wedding day.

  • We’ll connect to discuss your vision, venue, timeline, and determine which collection is the best fit for your celebration.

  • A signed agreement and 20% retainer to officially reserve your wedding date.

  • Approximately four weeks before your wedding, you'll receive a questionnaire to help identify important details, meaningful moments, and painting preferences.

  • Heather arrives early to set up and begins painting during the celebration. Guests are welcome to watch the painting unfold throughout the event.

  • Following the wedding, the artwork returns to the studio for final detailing and finishing touches.

  • Your completed heirloom painting is carefully delivered or shipped, ready to be enjoyed for years to come.
